MUHAMMAD ABBAS, PhD

Doctor Abbas is a Canadian lawyer licenced by the Law Society of Ontario, Canada. His expertise includes Canadian immigration and tax litigation services. He is authorized to represent clients at all levels, including in immigration and tax appeals, the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Doctor Abbas has vast experience in the legal field and has dealt with numerous cases of taxation and Canadian immigration and visa applications.

He has advised and represented clients in the areas of Canadian immigration, visas, income tax, GST/HST, provincial tax, customs duties, business, and other related areas of law. He has also published on Canadian taxation internationally.

Doctor Abbas commands the highest level of law qualification. He is a PhD in Law from Queen’s University, Canada. He also holds an LLM degree from the University of Florida, USA., one of the strongest LLM programs in the world, where he received the Academic Excellence award.

In addition to a Doctor of Philosophy in law, Doctor Abbas is also qualified as a medical doctor. He is honoured to be a double doctor and views that he is the only person in the entire world to have this unique title. He invites anyone with this qualification to contact him, if it is not so.
